Some events may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they meet the requirements.
Disrespectful behavior, misconduct, or damage to the venue or event property will result in removal from the event.
Waffle Bytes Media & Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.
By attending, you grant Waffle Bytes Media & Events permission to capture and use images or videos for promotional purposes.
All attendees must comply with safety protocols and venue regulations to ensure the well-being of everyone.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the event is officially canceled by Waffle Bytes Media & Events.
In case of event rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for postponed events.
Audition fees are non-refundable once the registration is completed, regardless of whether the participant is selected for further rounds.
Stall registration fees are non-refundable after confirmation of booking. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the stall owner, no refunds will be issued.
The registration fee for the Designer Showcase is non-refundable once the designer’s participation is confirmed. In case the event is postponed, designers will have the option to participate on the new date or request a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
Any requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision made by Waffle Bytes Media & Events.

Failure to submit the required documents or comply with the terms within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the winning amount.
Note: The organizers reserve the right to modify the timeline, deduction policies, or payment process in case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any such changes.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders via the original payment method within 15-20 working days.
Waffle Bytes Media & Events is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
If a participant is unable to attend an event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with prior approval.
Audition fees are non-refundable even if the participant decides to cancel their audition or is unable to attend. Waffle Bytes Media & Events reserves the right to reschedule or cancel auditions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternate dates will be provided, but no refunds will be issued.
Stall owners may cancel their registration, but the booking fee is non-refundable once confirmed. In case of event postponement, the stall booking will be transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be provided for stall cancellations.
Once participation in the Designer Showcase is confirmed, cancellations by the designer will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of the event’s cancellation or postponement, Waffle Bytes Media & Events will offer the option to either participate in the rescheduled showcase or request a partial refund after deducting administrative fees
